for any important account information

Important note: After you register a new domain OR transfer your existing domain to dayspinghosting.com, it will take 24-72 hours for the changes and/or registration to propagate the internet.   Just plug your your domain name or user name into the instructions below to set up your new hosting account.    You will be sent a user name and password by email.

(watch movie) You can access your control panel (after your domain propagates the internet): www.YOURDOMAIN.com/cpanel   (use your same user name and password)   From here you can set up your email accounts easily, your web mail and find all the vital information you need about your account

(watch movie) To upload your files, use a FTP program like www.wsftp.com.
Use your domain name, user ID and password.   Put your HTML files in your public html folder.  NOTE: your index page ( the default page for www.yourdomain.com) must be called index.html

The easiest way to set up your email (if you outlook express) is to go your control panel, click on email accounts, and then click on the automatic setup link.  This will configure your email account properly.

If you are setting up email manually, here are the settings:  (watch movie)
a. Set up the account from your control panel, choosing your account name and password.  (watch movie)
b. Then in the setup account section of your email program, use these settings:  Your incoming mail server is mail.yourdomain.com and your outgoing is also mail.yourdomain.com.  Your account name is the full email address: ie you@yourdomain.com

To access web mail, either login to your control panel OR you can give user access to web mail by sending them http://yourdomainname.com/webmail  ... they then would login with their full email address (as you set it up) and password.
